Helping you understand your body and improve how you move, function, and live
I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for movement, neurological health, and helping people improve how they function in everyday life.
My work focuses on the connection between the brain and body — particularly balance, coordination, motor planning, and strength. I love working with people to build confidence in their movement and improve quality of life, whether they’re managing a condition, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move better.
I’m also passionate about patient education — helping you understand your body, how it works, and how to adapt movement and exercise in a way that supports your individual needs. I believe that when people understand what’s happening in their body, they feel more confident, more capable, and more in control of their health.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m currently completing my PhD through the University of New England, where my research focuses on neurodevelopment and movement assessment. I also work as a casual academic at UNE, supporting students in exercise science and sharing my passion for evidence-based practice.
Outside of work, life is busy and full — I live in a house full of boys (three sons, my husband, plus a dog and a cat), so there’s never a dull moment. I love baking fresh bread, watching rugby, and you’ll often find me with my nose buried in the latest research on health, movement, and performance.
I’m passionate about bringing together science and real-world application to help people move better, feel better, and live well.
