In Balance provides personalised, evidence-based exercise therapy tailored to individuals with complex health needs, delivered in both home and community settings across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Our clinical focus includes neurological and systemic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Multiple Sclerosis, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and complex neurological or genetic conditions affecting movement and development. We also support individuals managing autoimmune and connective tissue disorders including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), as well as those navigating mental health challenges such as PTSD.

By working within your home, we can tailor programs to your daily routines and surroundings, helping to improve not only strength, balance, and mobility, but also your confidence navigating your own space safely.
Home visits are particularly suited for those with neurological conditions, mobility limitations, or individuals who may find attending a clinic challenging.
